      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      In many cases people here don't want to have to add themselves to the dozens of related subtasks if they are watching the parent issue. If there were a preference that when flipped would make a watcher of a parent watch all the children it would be very helpful.
