Issue Summary
When selecting on the bell icon in Jira Cloud to view the current notifications, only about 20 unread notifications populate at a time.
If you have 60 unread notifications, it will only 20 populate.
Select 3-dot action and select ‘Mark all as read’ and all 20 notifications will go away, but refreshing the page populates the next 20.
Steps to Reproduce
- Select bell icon to view Unread notifications.
- Select 3-dot action button, then 'Mark all as read'
- Currently populated notifications will disappear from the notifications panel.
- Refreshing the screen will populate the next set of Unread notifications.
Expected Results
Expected result is that the 'Mark all as read' button will mark ALL notifications as read, and not just the ones currently displayed to the user.
Actual Results
The notification panel clears the currently populated notifications, but not all unread notifications.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
