Mark as read is not clearing notification

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Jira or Confluence
      2. Click on notifications ... Mark all as Read

      Expected Results

      30 days of notification will be clear

      Actual Results

      Only the notifications that appear in the dropdown are clear

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
