On the New Notifications Hub, add option to receive notifications for own actions

Regarding the introduction of the New Notifications Hub, which replaces the previous user notification preferences in personal settings (doc). As part of those changes, the option to receive notifications for your own actions has been removed, and the new Notification Hub does not offer a similar option. Having the option as it was before would be very useful:

Filter subscription:

If there are any concerns regarding the Automation execution limit, we have another option with Filter Subscriptions, in case you don't mind the users don't receive the email right away with the information of the issue created.
