Allow users to choose if they want the Create linked issue screen to copy field values from the source issue

      Issue Summary

      When creating a linked issue using the Create linked issue screen, the values of fields from the source issue are copied to the new issue. This behaviour has long existed in Jira Service Management and Jira Work Management. However, some users would prefer the option to choose whether they want the Create linked issue screen to copy field values from the source issue or not.

      Workaround

      If field values of the source issue are not required, create an issue first and then link it after.
