Issue Summary

For JSM/JWM projects, clicking "Create linked issue" on the Issue view or Advanced issue search does not copy the Summary, Description and Required field values from the source issue. It only populates the value for the Linked Issues field.

Steps to Reproduce

• On the Issue view for JSM/JWM projects, click Link issue > Create linked issue, or
• On Advanced issue search for JSM/JWM projects, click the kebab (three dots) menu > Create linked issue

Expected Results

The Create linked issue modal should copy the Summary, Description and required field values from the source issue.

Actual Results

The Create linked issue modal does not copy the Summary, Description and required field values from the source issue.
