Add a “Copy fields checkbox” so that Create linked issue modal will\will not automatically copy the value of Summary, Description, and Required fields.

Currently when we click on Create Linked issue button then on the Create linked issue modal the data from Summary, Description, and Required fields are automatically copied from the source issue. But customers would want an option to toggle the ability to copy this data.
