Automatic copy summary and description in create linked issue operation

Summary

While creating an issue from the Link Issue operation in Service projects it already copies the summary and description from the trigger issue. 

For Jira Software projects it works in a different way, it doesn't copy the summary and description.

Expected Results

When creating a linked issue, it would be great to have the same behavior as we have in Service projects and have the summary and description fields copied.

Actual Results

In Sofware projects, the behavior of creating a linked issue is different from in Service ** projects.
