Summary
Customers who are migrating into the Cloud Environment have noticed that the Mail Handlers that were created in their Old Instance were not present after migration
The Mail Servers are Imported in
Environment
- Jira Server 7.5.0 > Cloud

Steps to Reproduce
- Create backup of Jira
- Import it into another Cloud Instance
Expected Results
All Mail Servers and their Associated Mail Handlers are Imported in
Actual Results
Mail Servers are Imported in, however the corresponding Mail Handlers are not
The Default Cloud Mail Handler is created
