Incoming Mail Servers Show Null After the Import/Migration

      Summary

       After performing an import from another instance, the incoming mail servers are not imported as expected.
       

      Environment

      • Cloud to Cloud migration
      • Server to Cloud migration

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. On instance A, create some custom incoming mail servers
      2. Generate a backup
      3. Import the data to instance B

      Expected Results

      The configurations of incoming mail servers on instance B should be the same as instance A.

      Actual Results

      The incoming mail servers are imported but with NULL data:

      Application logs:
      Logs showed the import was done successfully (no error logs).

      Workaround  

      Recreate the incoming mail servers.
