Summary
After performing an import from another instance, the incoming mail servers are not imported as expected.
Environment
- Cloud to Cloud migration
- Server to Cloud migration
Steps to Reproduce
- On instance A, create some custom incoming mail servers
- Generate a backup
- Import the data to instance B
Expected Results
The configurations of incoming mail servers on instance B should be the same as instance A.
Actual Results
The incoming mail servers are imported but with NULL data:
Application logs:
Logs showed the import was done successfully (no error logs).
Workaround
Recreate the incoming mail servers.
