Summary
When a user performs a site import for Jira, the existing default mail server used for mail handlers has it's hostname, username, and password wiped
Environment
- Jira Cloud
Steps to Reproduce
- Check and confirm default mail handler exists on Cloud instance
- Import a Jira site backup on the same Cloud instance
- Check the mail handler page after import is completed
Expected Results
Default POP Mail Server has the host and username set
Actual Results
Default POP Mail Server has host set to 'localhost' and username set to 'null'
Workaround
You can manually recreate the default POP mail server by editing the mail handler and manually setting hostname to 'mailstore', username to jira@<CLOUD INSTANCE>.atlassian.net, and a random password. Click update to have the changes saved. You should now be able to use the mail server for any of your mail handlers you have set up.
