Issue Summary
After a Jira site import, users report that any cloud incoming mail server configured is overwritten by the one imported from the backup.
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup an incoming mail server in Jira Cloud
- Setup an incoming mail server in Jira Server and ensure it is different from the one setup in Step 1
- Take an export from Jira Server and perform a Site Import
Expected Results
The incoming mail server configured in Jira Cloud is not overwritten by the one from the imported backup.
Actual Results
The incoming mail server configured is Jira Cloud is either replaced by the one from the imported backup or just missing.
Workaround
Please contact Atlassian Support in order to have the Default Cloud Mail Server restored in your site.
