      Comment link does not land to the correct comment

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Use a link to a comment

      Expected Results

      Land in the correct comment from the link

      Actual Results

      Lands in different comments and sometimes the comment is scrolled to the bottom of the viewport, and sometimes it gets partially cut off

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
