Comment permalink not scrolling into view

      Summary

      When clicking on comment permalink, the comment is not scrolled into view.

      Steps to Reproduce

      The scroll is interrupted by the Tempo app if it loads during the scroll.

      Expected Results

      The comment should be highlighted and scrolled into view

      Actual Results

      The comment is not scrolled into view.

      Workaround

      Use Firefox Browser
