Text Field (single line) Custom fields should display the issues' hyperlink on New Issue View

      When you set an issue key inside a Text Field (single line) Custom field in the Old Issue View, that Issue key automatically inherits a hyperlink to the issue itself. The same doesn't apply to the New Issue View.
