Issue Summary
Using the New Issue View, when the fields are is configured so that the "FixVersions" field is set above the "HIDE WHEN EMPTY" line as a "Context Field" so that the field is forced to be shown when empty, the field will temporarily load when initially loading an issue but disappear once fully loaded
Steps to Reproduce
- Add the "Fix Versions" field above the "HIDE WHEN EMPTY" line as a "Context Field" to a project
- View an issue that does not have a value for FixVersions, as a user that does not have the Resolve Issue permissions
- you can continually refresh the page to see it occur (happens on each page load)
Expected Results
FixVersions field is displayed but empty. As the field is set as a context field and should be displayed regardless of having a value or not
Actual Results
The FixVersions field is temporarily displayed while the page source is loading, and disappears from the view once the screen is fully loaded,
Note:
If you add a value to the "FixVersions" field as a user with resolve issue permissions, the field is displayed for the alternate user as though it were still added to the "HIDE WHEN EMPTY" section.
Workaround
The user requires the "Resolve issue" permissions for the FixVersions field to display correctly in the current state. If permissions cannot be altered for the user, there is no known workaround for this behavior.
