Linking a Confluence Home Page in an Issue produces an Error

Whenever you try to link an issue with a Confluence Home page, it produces an error message

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on Link
2. Click on Confluence Page
3. Choose a Confluence page URL that's the homepage of a Space

Expected Results

A proper link

Linking a Jira issue to a standard, non-Home page works just fine

Workaround

Workaround from mstramaglia1:

As a workaround for now, we've found that if you use the Jira macro in Confluence to add the Jira ticket to the Confluence page, it will appear in the list of "mentioned" pages on the Jira ticket, even if it is a Space Home page.

Additionally, if you append the page ID to the home page, it allows it to be linked to Jira:

• Go to the Overview page of Confluence/homepage of a Space.
• There, tap the ellipsis button at the top-right > Advanced Details > Page information. This will have an URL like the following:

https://INSTANCE.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewinfo.action?pageId=<ID-HERE

• Copy the ID in question and manipulate the homepage's URL adding a "/pages/<ID>" instead of "overview". For example:

https://INSTANCE.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/<SPACEKEY>/pages/<COPIED-ID> 

• Copy this new URL and paste it under the option to link to a Confluence page.
