Description
Issue Summary
When creating a backup for Jira server, users are presented with the option to delete all next-gen projects because they're incompatible with Server sites. When a user acknowledges by clicking delete all, a 404 error is returned
Environment
Jira cloud
Steps to Reproduce
- Create 2 next gen projects
- Go to Global Settings -> System -> Backup manager
- Look for Server back up
- Both next-gen will be listed with the option to delete all next-gen projects
- Click delete all next-gen projects
Expected Results
All next-gen projects are delete
Actual Results
404 error returned
Workaround
delete the projects one by one from the backup manager
