Resolution: Won't Fix
Description
Now when you want to create a xml-backup for server you must first migrate all projects to regular Jira projects. Jira can't create a backup for server at all, if there's any next-gen projects, even if they are completely empty.
There should be an option for you to simply skip (not backing up) the next-gen projects. This would be especially useful when you want to migrate parts of your Jira Cloud instance to server.
