The "L" shortcut for labels doesn't work in the New Issue View

Summary

The "L" key shortcut for bento doesn't work in the New "full detail" Issue View.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Be sure you have the New "full detail" Issue view enabled;
2. Access any issue (from a core project, in this example);
3. Press the "L" to open the labels menu.

Expected Results

• The labels menu is presented.

Actual Results

• Nothing happens.

Workaround(s)

• Click "show more" until you see the labels field. Then, you can click on it to edit the labels.
