Add the ability to switch issue types on the new issue view

Problem Definition

In the old issue view, a user can switch the issue type from the view screen provided that the destination issue type uses the same workflow.

This is not possible in the new Jira issue view.

Suggested Solution

Allow the switching of issue types in the new Jira issue view.

Workaround

Use the Three Dot Menu > Move option to switch issue types within the same project.
