Name of issue type is not visible on new issue view

    Description

      Summary

      On new issue view, the icon is the only way to identify the issue type set to the issue. 

      Expected Results

      It would be great to see the name of the issue type when accessing the issue, as used to be possible in the old issue view.

      Actual Results

      On new issue view, the user needs to hover over the Issue Type icon to see the issue type that is set. 

      Workaround

      Hover the mouse over the Issue Type icon to check the value applied to the issue.
