Ability to set a JIRA Agile board as home page in Jira new UI

Problem Definition

In the new UI users don't have the option to set Boards or personal Dashboard as their default homepage instead of the current dashboard.

Suggested Solution

Users can choose to set Boards as their default homepage in JIRA so that they will go straight to JIRA Agile whenever they log into JIRA or click the JIRA logo at the top left of any page.
