Current scenario
According to the document Set your site’s landing product, if a user does not have access to the product setup as the landing product, the user should see a page to request access to that product. That behavior might hinder the overall user experience, as it might sound like the user does not have access to the instance at all.
If a user doesn't have access to the landing product, we'll land them in your selected product and prompt them to request access.
Suggested solution
Add the ability to set a different landing product for each group of users. For example, users who have Confluence only access on a site, should land on Confluence, while Jira only users should land on Jira.
