JIRA backup hangs when using IE11

Environment

• IE11

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access a JIRA instance using IE11
2. Go to backup manager and click on Create Backup

Expected Results

A .zip file should be generated and displayed on the page

Actual Results

Creating backup keeps spinning as if the .ZIP file wasn't ready yet but, it's possible
to see in jlog that backup process was completed.
Also, when you access the Backup Manager page using another browser it's possible to see that the .zip file
was created and is available for download.
The below exception is thrown in the browser logs:

SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'includes' File: com.atlassian.ondemand.backupmanager.ondemand-backup-manager-jira:resources.js, Line: 104, Column: 8

Notes

Tested the same process with Mozilla and Chrome, with this browser creating backup worked fine.
Tried to refresh Create Backup page in IE11 without success.

Workaround

Create backup using Mozilla or Chrome. Or if the backup was already created using IE11 you can simply access the Backup Manager page using a modern browser like Firefox, Chrome or Edge and the link will be displayed there.
