Ability to copy and use attachment link address

      Problem

      There is no option to copy the link address of an attachment. As a user I want to link the image attachment in a comment as a clickable link, not as thumbnail.
      Example

      [^image.png]
instead of
!image.png!

      Currently, if the user clicks the Attachments button (in the editor and then on the desired image attachment, the wiki syntax for displaying the image as a thumbnail is being generated. However, I want to get the syntax for the clickable link.

      Suggested Solution

      Please have the same option "copy link address" ,made available to the attachments in the new issue view

      Why This Is Important

      As of now we can only use an API call to get the Attachment ID and then use this in another API call to get the attachment link address, which makes it difficult.
