Cloud Jira - Embed already uploaded Images/documents option

In self hosted Jira – In the description or steps to reproduce section or a Jira card, there is an option to click a paperclick icon and then see the list of attachments on that Jira card and select one. This would then embed in the image or whatever, inline, with your text, which makes reading through the story of a Jira card more fluid. 

Observed: Jira cloud - you can only embed an image/attachment easily by uploading the image at the time of when you want to embed. If you upload AND THEN want to embed into the Jira card, there is no option to embed after the fact. 

Ask: Add the option in Cloud Jira, to click paperclip icon, see the list of attachments already uploaded to the Jira card, to then select one and have it embed into the inline where said cursor is.
