Confluence page link plugin unable to interpret url encoding

      From JIRA, go to More > Link > Confluence page
      Insert a link using url encoding (such as https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/%27The+project+you+are+trying+to+view+does+not+exist%27+Error+Message+Due+to+Project+Key+Pattern).

      Expected result

      • Receive an authentication dance for the Confluence instanced linked to the JIRA instance
      • If the page exists, display the page and complete the link.
      • If the page does not exist, display a "No page found" message

      Actual result

      • Directly receive an authentication dance for Confluence within the same frame
      • The link button becomes greyed out
      • No changes can be performed on the window any more, in order to make changes, the Link frame has to get pulled up fresh again.

      Tested and confirmed in a test environment and JAC/CAC
