As an Administrator I would like to manage filter subscriptions. (shared and private filter subscriptions)
Due to a bug regarding personal subscriptions, I've noticed that a user has a filter that runs every minute. Since it is private filter and an LDAP user, I cannot access the account or filter.
I think JIRA administrators should be able to monitor or control items such as subscriptions. The user could be returning a large list of results every minute of every day. I would like to be able to track, disable, and speak with the filter/subscription creator.
Workaround
A site admin can go to the Manage filters system page and take ownership of any filter:
<your site name>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/filters/ViewSharedFilters.jspa
Once that's done they can manage the filter and its subscriptions themselves.
