Hi all, Admins are now able to change ownership of both private and shared dashboards & filters within global administration settings. To do this, go to System > Dashboards or System > Filters (under the "Shared Items" heading). Unfortunately, admins are not able to manage private subscriptions right now. To follow this feature, please watch this ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-31466 If you have an issue with this feature. Please contact our support to get help. Hi all, Admins are now able to change ownership of both private and shared dashboards within global administration settings. To do this, go to System > Dashboards (under the "Shared Items" heading). We have tentative plans to bring this support to filters as well, and will keep you guys updated on any new developments. Marcus Wong Product Manager, Jira Shared Experiences |
Currently, JIRA administrators can only manage SHARED filters and dashboards owned by other users. There's a suggestion that they should be made capable of managing PRIVATE filters and dashboards as well.
This ticket can be considered a continuation of JRA-9997.
