Mention email notification does not contain issue key in subject line

      Because the mentions email does not contain the issue key in the summary our (stock) mail handler creates a new issue when users reply to a mention via email.

      I have updated our subject/issuementioned.vm to be:
      ($issue.key) #if($remoteUser)${remoteUser.displayName}#else$i18n.getText("common.words.anonymous")#end $i18n.getText("jira.mentions.mentioned.you")
