JIRA Issues are used to discuss et and to think. Each user can use comments.
We upload attachments. When we read the JIRA issue, the attachments are listed in alphabetical order. This is very disturbing, because we lost time to find the last uploaded file.

The purpose of this improvement is to sort the attachments by chronological order of upload.
