      Problem definition

      Attachments in new issue view are sorted by upload date in descending order. It's not possible to sort them in new issue view.

      Suggested resolution

      Implement the ability to sort attachments by factors like date, name, size, etc.

      Workaround

      Access the issue in old issue view where attachments could be sorted by name or date
