The Issue Type Sub-Task is not listed in the Issue Type when user try to create Sub-Task in Gadget.

Steps to reproduce:

go to any gadget. For example Filter List gadget
click on the Tools icon
select Create Sub-Task as per screenshot CreateSubTask1.png
Sub-Task issue type is not listed as per screenshot CreateSubtask2.png even though the Sub-Task feature was enabled
creating Sub-Task is not a problem via the view Issue Screen

This is not affecting JIRA 4.4.4. , but affecting JIRA 5.0.x

As a workaround, user can right click on 'create sub-task' link on the gadget and open it is a new tab.
