Create Sub-Task From Gadget Does Not List Sub-Task Issue Type

      The Issue Type Sub-Task is not listed in the Issue Type when user try to create Sub-Task in Gadget.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. go to any gadget. For example Filter List gadget
      2. click on the Tools icon
      3. select Create Sub-Task as per screenshot CreateSubTask1.png
      4. Sub-Task issue type is not listed as per screenshot CreateSubtask2.png even though the Sub-Task feature was enabled
      5. creating Sub-Task is not a problem via the view Issue Screen

      This is not affecting JIRA 4.4.4. , but affecting JIRA 5.0.x

      As a workaround, user can right click on 'create sub-task' link on the gadget and open it is a new tab.
