Steps to reproduce:

1. Add new gadget to JIRA dashboard (Eg. Filter Results).
2. Click on the "Create Sub-Task" action menu from an issue in Filter Result Gadget.
3. The result of pop up screen shown like this:
   

Expected Outcome:
In issue navigator when user click on the "Create Sub-Task" action menu from any parent issue, it should be show like this:

Finding:

• The problem happen on the following Gadgets as well, please see:
  1. Assign to me
  2. Watched Issues
  3. Issues in progress
• Tested in JIRA 5.2.11 and 6.0.

As a workaround, user can right click on 'create sub-task' link on the gadget and open it is a new tab.
