Work Item Export: Feature (Jira Epic) Export File is corrupted when exporting 7500+ Features

      Issue Summary

      User attempts to export a set of Features (Jira Epics) but when the download is complete the file is corrupt and they can't open the file. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Export more than 7500 Features (Jira epics) from the Feature Grid
      2. Download file and open

      Expected Results

      File show the list of exported work items or there is a UI cap on the number of exportable items to prevent corrupt export files.

      Actual Results

      File won't open says the file is corrupt.

      Workaround

      This occurs when the system is under heavy load and/or when exporting a very large number of items and there is a timeout. To avoid these errors, we recommend scoping down the exports to smaller sets of data.
