Issue Summary

Due to the number of items included in the export, when a user attempts to export a set of Epics/Capabilities/Stories/Features the completed file can be corrupt because of a timeout.

Steps to Reproduce

1. View items of a large amount e.g 9000+ on a work item grid
2. Export Epics/Capabilities/Stories/Features from their grid
3. Download file and open

Expected Results

Warning message advising customer to apply filters to reduce the number of items being exported

Or export file in multiple batches

Actual Results

Downloaded files fails to open with error message "The file is corrupt and cannot open".

Workaround

Apply Tier 1 filters or page level filters to reduce the number of work items that are included in the export.
