The customer has observed that the sequence in which the editable dropdown fields such as Strategic Driver, Feature Category, Milestone Category and Custom dropdown fields appear is not as desired. They are displayed in the order they were entered.

Interestingly, in the Settings > Platform > Dropdowns, the customer noticed that the Strategic Driver dropdown field was alphabetically sorted in that view, but the dropdown field itself was not sorted in the same way.

This becomes an issue when new options need to be added at a later date as they will appear at the end of the list. Any attempts to rearrange them result in a change in the option associated with the work item.

The customer desires the flexibility to dictate the sequence in which these field options are presented. There may be instances where an alphabetical arrangement is preferred, but this may not always be the case.
