Currently when you add values to a drop down, the system put them in alphabetical order for you when you're viewing the list of values from the admin settings. When you navigate to the actual field on the work item though, the order in which the values appear is the order in which the values were entered.
The field should display the order in which the values are listed from the admin settings.
