Created the dropdowns fields for the Business Driver/ Strategic Driver on Admin - Platform, we noticed the dropdown values are rearranged into alphabetical order. However, if you go to Epic or Feature, the Business Driver/ Strategic Driver drop-down field, the values are listed in the created order.

As a user, I would want to see the list of values displayed in alphabetical order in the feature/Epic detail panel as well, it would be easy to find the wanted values. 

Description

Business Driver/Strategic driver in Dropdowns in Admin side is listed in alphabetical order. However, it is listed in the created order in the work items details panel.

Step to reproduce

1. Go to Admin – Platform – Dropdowns Tab
2. Add “Xcel Business” and saved, it saved as alphabetical order
3. Add “Drive Biz Plan” and saved, it saved as alphabetical order
4. Go to Feature and checked the Business Driver dropdowns field – able to find the values listed in the created order.
