Issue Summary

users will add align users to teams, and occasionally during user addition, Align will delete a batch of members out of the team member list.
After a review of the user's actions, they are not doing anything that would 'deselect' team members from the team and the action from Align appears random

This is reproducible on Data Center: no

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Administration> Portfolio
2. Select a portfolio and go to members tab
3. Add people manually. At some point, after repeating the operation, Jira Align will randomly remove a batch of users

Note: This issue appeared in a single on-premise environment and the condition could not be replicated

Expected Results

No user should be removed when adding manually users to portfolio

Actual Results

User appear to be removed from portfolio during member addition process
There is no identified pattern as to when this would happen, nor a limit reached in portfolio users, or number of Addition action in a row
