Issue Summary
- During PI planning week, there is extreme slowness/failures in loading Jira Align
- ProgramBoard fails to load with 500 error dues to SQL Query Timeout
- Roadmap page failing to load which is being addressed in
JIRAALIGN-4548.Steps to Reproduce
> Cannot be replicated on demand. Next PI planning is after a few months.
Expected Results
> No slowness/failures to load pages during high usage days i.e. PI planning week.
Actual Results
The below exception is thrown in the IIS log:
