Issue Summary
- End users reported extreme slowness/failures in loading Jira Align
- Issues are reported from different geo locations
- Page loading times are too long. Problem reported for both old and new UI
- SQL Query Timeout errors visible for program board
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to JA
- Navigate Program Board
Expected Results
No slowness/failures to load pages during high usage days i.e. PI planning week.
