Slowness in loading Program Board

      Issue Summary

      • End users reported extreme slowness/failures in loading Jira Align
      • Issues are reported from different geo locations
      • Page loading times are too long. Problem reported for both old and new UI
      • SQL Query Timeout errors visible for program board

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login to JA
      2. Navigate Program Board

      Expected Results

      No slowness/failures to load pages during high usage days i.e. PI planning week.

      The below SQL error is visible
