Story Maps - Save Disabled - Add/Edit/Delete rows/columns still visible and click through

      Issue Summary

      Story Maps, permission to Save is disabled, yet Add/Edit/Delete icons still visible. Click-though and the workflow is still available.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Program > Track > Story Maps ENABLED
      Program > Track > Story Maps > Save DISABLED
      Additional Options > Add Agile Objects DISABLED

      ADD

      1. ViewStoryMap.asp
      2. Click on Add "plus" column/row
        Get Add column/row window
        type in column name
        click Add

      EDIT
      Click on column/row name Edit "pencil" icon
      change name
      click Save

      DELETE
       Click on column/row name Edit "pencil" icon
      click Delete
      New pop-up with "are you sure you want to delete this column"
      click on "yes, delete this column!"

      Expected Results

      Add "plus" icon and Edit "pencil" icon are not visible

      Actual Results

      Add "plus" icon and Edit "pencil" icon are visible. Workflow from those buttons is visible.
      The changes don't save.
      This is confusing.

      Workaround

      Don't click on the Add plus icon and Edit pencil icon.
