Story Maps Save permission is Enabled, but no Save button visible.

Permissions set:
Program > Track > Story Maps ENABLED
Program > Track > Story Maps > Save ENABLED
Additional Options > Add Agile Objects DISABLED

Click on "Add Story Map" and "Create New Story Map" panel flys out. Even though Save permission is enabled.

Save button visible and working

No Save button visible.

Enable "Add Agile Objects" permission. However this permission has wide-ranging impact on other parts of Jira Align. See JIRAALIGN-3349
