STORY MAPS - Save disabled - Configure Story Map still visible

      Issue Summary

      Customer is trying to create a read-only role. This includes read-only view of Story Maps.
      With the expected permissions set, the "Configure Map" button is still visible.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Permissions set:
      Program > Track > Story Maps ENABLED
      Program > Track > Story Maps > Save DISABLED
      Additional Options > Add Agile Objects DISABLED

      1. ViewStoryMap.asp
      2. Click on Configure Map button

      Expected Results

      No "Configure Map" button visible.

      Actual Results

      GUI screen "loads"
      403 unauthorised error on EditStoryMapSetup.asp

      Workaround

      Don't click on "Configure Map".
