STORY MAPS - Save disabled - Add Story Map button is still visible

      Issue Summary

      Customer is trying to create a read-only role. This includes read-only view of Story Maps.
      With the expected permissions set, the "Add Story Map" button is still visible.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Permissions set:
      Program > Track > Story Maps ENABLED
      Program > Track > Story Maps > Save DISABLED
      Additional Options > Add Agile Objects DISABLED

      1. StoryMapGrid.asp
      2. Click on Add Story Map button

      Expected Results

      No "Add Story Map" button visible.

      Actual Results

      GUI screen "loads"
      403 unathorised error on EditStoryMapSetup.asp

      Workaround

      Don't click on "Add Story Map" button.
