Backlog: Story ranking does not coincide with parent Features rank

      Issue Summary

      Story ranking does not coincide with parent Features

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Export a few features to Jira Align and do not indicate any ranking.
      2. Add a story to each feature.
      3. Navigate to Feature backlog and take note of the indicated program ranking.

      4. Navigate to Story backlog > Pull Rank > Use Feature rank to sort Stories
      5. Compare the stories rank based on feature

      Expected Results

      Stories will be ranked based on the parent feature

      Actual Results

      Stories are not ranked based on the parent feature.

      Workaround

      Manually move the parent feature ranking in feature backlog view to permanently store the feature rankings that will get inherited by the child stories.
