Issue Summary
When clicking 'Capture' on the Status Reports page, the Capture either takes several minutes to finally render or it never renders at all.
Steps to Reproduce
This can be reproduced on bimodalinternal.agilecraft.com. We either never load the snapshot or the snapshot takes 10+ minutes to finally render on the screen. For some customers, it never loads at all.
- Log in and and select Agile Craft Core for the Program in Tier 1
- Navigate to Status Reports
- Select Program
- Select Agile Craft Core program.
- Wait for the Status report page to fully load.
- Click the "Capture" button.
Expected Results
Capture renders quickly.
Actual Results
Snapshot capture takes several minutes to load, if it ever loads at all. The user is met with a spinner in many cases and the capture never finishes rendering. Here is a screenshot from bimodal with the developer tools console open.
It seems in that in the beginning we are pending on several elements when loading the capture....these two elements seem to take up the most time in a pending state:

@Sam the resolution is "Fixed". Based on your comments, shouldn't this be "Won't Fix"..? Also, can you share links to any other open bugs/suggestions that we can track instead?

We are closing this bug because fixes to capture are done by individual reports or pages. If you encounter an issues with the capture functionality on a specific report or page, please open a bug ticket for the report or page and not a general bug ticket.

The capture function is really important for us, as we want to use it for communication with our stakeholders.
Please prioritize and try to fix it.
Please open individual tickets for each report instead of a single ticket for all pages in Jira Align. This will make it easier to understand pages where the capture button doesn't work and assign fixed pages to releases.
